Why don't you get help?

A blog post designed for all the "helpers" that think the world we live in is designed for us to be happy and enjoy life.

After living the homeless life for over a year now I get told all the time by brainwashed people needing to justify their reason's for following the rules as they do day in day out "why don't you get the help available".  I think most of them genuinely believe that there is help available and that we live in a world where we look after the vulnerable.  Well firstly that depends how you define vulnerable.  If you don't have an addiction to something like crack or heroine or you're not disabled in some way or you don't have a mental disorder then are you considered vulnerable?

Are you considered vulnerable to live in a world that's broken your heart?

The truth is no you're not considered vulnerable if you are being vulnerable.  Your considered vulnerable if you have a problem that can be fixed by a "helper" and more importantly that can be fixed by a "helper" that's employed and engaged in the very system that produced your broken heart.  Cardiff is the latest place I decided to get "help" after having a few "helpers" tell me that you can go to the Huggart Centre for help, which is the government endorsed local help for the homeless.  The short version is that it's a government endorsed program to try and improve and control the Crack and Heroine problem that exists in the world.

If it's a safe space to sleep that you're after then you can wait around the area at 6pm with a load of people that are hard to be around because of all their addictions and maybe hope to get a bed for the night among them.  It's like an open air asylum's or prison.  They lock certain doors at certain times and you can't just walk around and it's a nightmare to get anything done.  If you don't have an addiction before you go there you'll want one at the end of your visit!  You can get a shower and get you're laundry done but frankly it's not worth the effort involved.  The shower is terrible, not clean and you have to hold the button in while showering in order to get a cold shower.  You also still have to pay £1.50 for food that's been donated to them, because they have to pay for the trained, employed staff helpers and security some how.  So essentially that food is getting sold to the public twice or three times.  The business buys it, it doesn't get sold and is then donated and sold again, or it does get sold by a person that thinks they are helping the homeless by paying for it and donating it.  It's then sold again in a center like this and they are rinsing government aid to feed and shelter the homeless while selling on donated food and providing a controlled prison for drug addicts.

So I can join in with those games and antics or I can go and sleep under the stars in the woods out in nature......what do you think I'm going to choose and why do you think I don't want to accept government help?

Where would you chose to rest your head?

All these places are the same and to be honest most of them are systematically designed that way.  After a bit of research online I can see that the Huggard Centre in Cardiff is the same as Taunton Open Doors in Taunton.  All these places have hundreds of thousands of pound on the balance sheet which is normally in investments.  This is all publicly available online as you can see here.

They are supposed to be sheltering and feeding the homeless as part of their charity agreement and they barely do that unless you have some kind of drug addiction or mental health disorder so they can then funnel you into a different team to deal with you, keep all the money in investments and not actually help anyone apart from the people employed by the charity.  I've done more research in the past and found that a lot of the times the trustees are linked to lots of other charities doing a similar thing in various building all owned by the same limited companies or trustees.

The short way to explain what is going on is they own property, they rent the property to themselves or their charities which likely funds their pension as they likely have the property protected by a SIPP pension fund (not linked to them).  They then make money on the money provided by government aid, holding it in investments and funds while they receive and create the illusion of needing help from local people and local businesses.  These properties are always poorly maintained and basically shit holes and any sensible person would never own or rent them out, let alone live in them.  But these people get thousands of pounds a week to house and shelter vulnerable people and only a valuable person would accept those living conditions.  This isn't even touching on the landlords that accept social housing or the hostels which I will have to use another post for as this is a big subject.

So do I want to hang around a load of crack heads, (by the way I have nothing against them personally, they are just like me, they've seen how shit this world is and how it doesn't help and they are self medicating to dethatch from the crazy reality we live in), incompetent self entitled helpers that don't really provide help unless they can justify their wage some how and live in ridiculous living conditions or should I go and take myself away, live in the woods or find an abandoned shed somewhere where I get peace and quiet and left alone?  What would you choose?

The truth is that I'm not an idiot, I've worked for 30 years of my life, ran my own business and could get a job easily if I could stomach the level of incompetency that I would have to deal with to get one.  I recently decided to try again, out of pure boredom to be honest and the people you have to deal with, recruitment consultants mainly, which are frankly again just not worth the effort to me.  When you really think about it why do we need them?

Why would a sensible business owner outsource his recruitment process to a moron that knows nothing about their business, nothing about the staff he is recommending and is just working on a numbers, buzzword, commission game.  They wouldn't do that, so it's an incompetent business owner using an incompetent system to employ you......sigh  When you really think about it the whole idea of an employer choosing an employee is backwards!  Why should I have to jump through hoops and be interviewed etc so I can be told what to do for eight hours a day for at least two years of my life!!!  I think if someone is going to have the right to tell me what to do for eight hours a day then I should be interviewing them and I should be the one advertising online and the one with all the power in the situation.

However we live in a world where the most important thing is money, not value or help but who can provide the most money so we can continue to buy stuff over and over again in multiple ways and normally for the same product.  It doesn't matter what that business is doing, what the staff are doing, whether they enjoy it, whether it has value or whether it's improving life, vibration or good feelings it just matters how much money the business owner gets and how much they pay their staff.

This is the most common site now when you walk around a so called "beautiful" English city!

Men in high-vis digging up the road, how long will they be, you're never told.

Another lyric from one of my songs but you see it everywhere and all day long.  The other day I asked one of them, "what you up to, digging holes again" he chirpily said "yeah that's right".  I said "do you know what for" to which he replied "were laying fiber for this building".  They were making a hell of a racket and a right mess just for one building!  I find that everywhere, an irrelevant noise going on effecting vibration over and over again wherever you go.  I'm supposed to be working in the public library at the moment which should be a quiet place for people to get some work done....oh no those days are gone I'm afraid.  There was literally just an alarm going off for no reason, a strange high pitched noise before that and that's not even mentioning the people walking about banging chairs the staff banging and closing cupboards etc. etc.  Again it's like trying to work in a mental asylum.

Anyway back to the guy digging irrelevant holes in the road.  I said to him "how do they chose between the fiber that runs above in the cables and the fiber you're running by digging holes".  He said "I don't know to be honest, but basically it's all bollocks to be honest with you".  So I said "well it keeps you busy doesn't it" to which he said "well it's money isn't it".  Which kind of highlights my point.  He's spending all day knowing that what he's doing doesn't help anyone, causes a pointless disturbance and is frankly stripping away at his soul bit by bit day by day but it's money and that's why he's doing it to himself and the world.  It's not his fault, what other choice does he have, I suppose he cold be like me and let everything go, be completely isolated living on his own and surviving on next to nothing and try and learn to busk or beg but he likely has family to support and feels a sense of duty to his kids and or wife.  I used to be like that myself but when your ex and the system (family courts mainly) strips all that away from you, you are forced to see the world differently, live differently and see life for what it really is.  Which largely is complete bullshit over and over again in multiple layers.  I think at this point I'm going to start another post called what life seems to be about and link to it as this is getting long and everything is linked, everything is connected, it's all about vibration and it's hard to separate it in to palatable blog posts! :)  In fact I think there could be multiple posts that could link to this one to be honest.
